Launched in late 2020, Nexllence, a brand created by Glintt, intends to hire 100 more people throughout 2021.
Nexllence, glintt’s brand dedicated to technology consulting and application and infrastructure management, will strengthen the team throughout this year by hiring over 100 people.
This GLINTT brand was introduced at the end of last year, currently with a team of 300 people. In a statement, the company details that it intends to increase the team by hiring profiles “of high level of technical expertise”, namely in the area of cybersecurity, cloud management, tech lead in OutSystems, API management, full-developers stack, data scientist or application architect.
The company also says that it intends to recruit for areas related to the management and direction of projects and contracts.
João Paulo Cabecinha, Board Member of Glintt, says that Nexllence “aims to help companies reinvent themselves to succeed in the post-covid world with the right technology and for this we seek people who like to take risks, rigorous, pragmatic and passionate about technology and the way it can transform their life and that of others, as well as that of the organizations themselves”.
At a time when technological profiles are increasingly sought after in Portugal, the company recognizes that this demand for tech talent will increase even more. The company believes that factors such as “the environment of diversity and innovation” will act as factors of attraction and retention of talent.
