Nexllence is the new Glintt brand that will help organizations respond to the challenges of digital transformation and maximize the potential of their business without losing focus on what is important, people.
The new brand was presented on the 24th of September in Lisbon in an unforeseen context, but highly challenging in terms of transformation that has accelerated in depth, as has not been seen for a long time.
Nuno Vasco Lopes, CEO and President of the Executive Committee of Glintt, gave an account of this and said that it is time to follow and respond to the challenges that have arisen associated with this journey without return that the organizations have embarked on. If Glintt already responded, this response now takes on new strategic shapes with the consolidation of the application consulting and infrastructure business units under the Nexll ence brand.
With this step, Nuno Vasco Lopes states that the objective is to be at the “forefront of digital transformation services in the Portuguese market and to explore the service export component”. In practice, all projects that Glintt already had in development are now ensured by this new core of specialized skills that will have allocated a team of 300 people dispersed between the offices in Portugal and Spain. Working with an Iberian spirit facing the international market, Nexllence’s operations are currently undergoing transformations taking place in 5 countries and support customers in more than 40 countries.

With the cards launched, David Faustino, Managing Director of Nexllence, asserts himself confident in the growth path of the business properly aligned with the potential of digital and all the opportunities it presents for organizations, processes and people. The pressure on the CIO is increasing, as is the complexity of IT, and reducing complexity and having the right human skills have become safe goals for reaching the competitive future

In this context, David Faustino believes that this is the moment and that “the wind is in favor of IT” not only in terms of investments, which are growing, but also because IT is taking on a more important and strategic role in more proactive in creating the company’s future. “The companies that will emerge successfully in the digital age, are the ones that are going to digitize in a unique and differentiated way”. Therefore, IT must:
Digital orders things to be done differently and gives organizations this ability, not only taking into account technological innovation. “The pressure comes from economic reality, behavior and the need for people to function differently”, acknowledges João Paulo Cabecinha, Executive Director of Glintt and Nexllence.
According to the official, today there is an emergence of basic values that impose new responsibilities on companies and the State towards others, and there is also a compression of time that will make the cycles of transformation shorter. “The way we use the technology has changed and the attitude towards the technology has changed too, so we have to seize the opportunity.”
