GLINTT reinforces its commitment to the Spanish market with the launch of Nexllence,its consulting andtechnology solutions division focused on helping companies in this ‘new normal’ marked by digitization and process optimization.
The creation of this new division arises from the evolution and growth of two existing business units in the Glinttgroup: theapplication consulting group and the infrastructure unit.
Although Nexllence is a brand with Iberian matrix, its services cover the entire European territory. Currently, this division accounts for approximately 30% of Glintt’s turnover and has approximately 300 employees out of the group’s 1,100.
As Invertia has confirmed,the company hopes to create around 75 jobs in Spain or serve the Spanish market in the next five years. The Madrid office will be under the responsibility of Gabriel Pazos.
Despite the significant impact of the pandemic, this business unit expects to end the year with double-digit growth in its most important markets: Portugal and Spain.

Glintt’s outlook for 2021 is also continuous growth, reinforced by a policy of acquisitions or selective partnerships that allows development in critical technological areas, with special interest in the Spanish market, where Glintt has been operating for more than 10 years.
The group’s new specialized division has an offer of services focused on helping clients in their innovation investments, “creating relevant differentiating factors through new business models based on the digital economy, greater efficiency of their operations and increased productivity of their employees”.
Nexllence helps companies align technology and business, through services such as Digital Process Automation, Cybersecurity, Systems Integration,Advanced Analytics Solutions, Low Code Technology with Outsystems, Application and Custom Systems Development, and Datacenter and Cloud Management.
